A private dinner that does not play safe
Your own kitchen, your own table, a menu that exists nowhere else. From 6 guests, anywhere in France or abroad.

Occasions this suits
A milestone birthday you actually want to enjoy, not spend in the kitchen. A reunion where the food should match how rare the evening is.
Close friends around your own table, no restaurant noise, no bill to split awkwardly at the end.
Or simply the dinner you've been meaning to host for months, minus the three days of dread beforehand.
Everything the fee covers

A chef in your kitchen, not a delivery
You keep your seat at the table, glass in hand,
from the first bite to the last coffee.
Nothing here is standardised, nothing gets repeated from one evening to the next. Your menu is composed for you, for that table, that night, full stop.
You stay seated with your guests while I handle the rest, and you get to discover flavours you didn't know you'd love, at your own pace.
One table a day. Yours gets all of my attention.
What's on the table, and what it costs
Three canapés to open the evening, then a starter, a main and a dessert, all written for your guest list.
I keep two things separate, because they are: my work (designing the menu, the shopping, the prep, the service) and the ingredients, which I bill back to you against receipts.
The quote includes a generous estimate for ingredients, built to absorb price swings and last-minute finds at the market. You never pay more than what was actually spent on your evening. No surprises.
From 6 guests
Past fifteen guests, the whole shape of the evening changes and I need extra hands in the kitchen. That's worth a proper conversation before any quote, rather than a fixed rate.
These figures are a starting point. Every enquiry gets a conversation first, then a quote built for you.
Frequently asked questions
The questions I get asked most about private dinners.
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?
Always. It's one of the first things we talk about, so every guest at the table actually gets to enjoy the meal.
Do I need a large kitchen?
It doesn't need to be huge, just functional. I need at least 1.5 metres of clear worktop to work properly. We check this together beforehand.
How long do you stay on site?
Depends on the format, but I'll give you a clear timeline once we've talked. As a rule, I'm there from setup through to a tidy kitchen at the end.
Can I request a surprise menu?
Please do, I love this bit. Tell me your tastes, your cravings, what you can't stand, and I'll take it from there. The surprise is half the fun.
Let's talk about your project
Tell me what you're picturing. I read everything myself and reply personally.
