Purpose

These terms govern the use of lgh-cheffe.fr, published by Les Gens Heureux (Marie Bernard, private chef), and access to the free resources offered, including the guide "The 8 questions that will make your caterer nervous". By using the site or requesting the guide, you accept these terms.

Access to the free guide

The guide is sent free of charge by email, through a secure download link valid for seven days. A valid email address and a first name are required to receive the document.

The guide is for personal use only. Reselling, publishing or reproducing it, even partially, is not permitted without prior written consent.

Emails and unsubscribing

By requesting the guide, you agree to receive the delivery email, one follow-up message and occasional information about the services of Les Gens Heureux. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also write to marie@lgh-cheffe.fr.

Personal data

The data collected (first name, email address) is used only to send the guide and related communications. It is never sold or shared. Details of processing, retention and your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Value of the content

The guide and the site content are provided for information only. They are neither legal advice nor a guarantee of results when choosing a supplier. Decisions made on the basis of this content remain your own responsibility.

Intellectual property
